Education and practical implementation of the legal regulations in the field of waste management, its proper application and interpretation by stakeholders and citizens. Building a dialogue between citizens, producers, local and central government, civil society organizations, in order to reduce the impact on the environment and human health, raised awareness and a sense of responsibility.
